No respect for lady gamers

Forty percent of  gamers in the US are females. The games mostly appeals to guys. It is frustrating for many female gamers to experience the way that women are portrayed in video games. In many video games, women are hyper-sexualized, or they become visicious anthropomorphic beast. On the other hand, the protagonist in the majority of games are male, and they are usually tall, strong, and powerful. In addition, when girls play games online, they are patronized by insolent male gamers, which doesn't allow them to gain confidence.

I thought this was interesting because I can learn from it. Since I have aspirations of owning my own business, I want to learn the necessary factors of succeeding. If I want my business to excel the way I want it to, it is imperative that I produce or sell products that pertain to all people. Discriminating against gender sex, or race would only hold me back.
