Field Trip# 7

This past Thursday, I went to 30 Strikes for another weekly sponsor visit. When I walked inside, my sponsor was in his office doing some paper work. I took a seat, and we brainstormed ideas for my project. I mentioned that it was imperative that I concocted a way to take up 35-45 minutes. It's been a big fear of mine, and I know I'm going to be under a lot of pressure, but I'm a creative genius so I should be okay. After we discussed about my possible plan for my presentation,  he told me a story about how Ford stole some guys idea for some advancement for window wipers, and how the guy sued Ford for fifteen years until they finally gave him seven million dollars.  We then stepped out of his office to be introduced to someone who sold him a message chair. My sponsor suggested something to the man about the advertisement of some sort that was for the chair. He told him that it didn't really catch peoples' attention, and he was right. My sponsor suggested that he put a girl with pulchritude on the sign, so it can turn some heads, and the man listened and was thankful for his advice. From that moment I realized that my sponsor is a true business man. I can't wait to see what will happen this upcoming Thursday.
