I'm sorry but I'm going to have to let you go.

Recently, one of our own, Jazmin Walker, had no other option but to leave our Senior Project family because she failed to to maintain the required credentials. I didn't want to make a connection to this unfortunate event, but I can't thinking of anything else, so I'm sticking with it. What happened to Miss Walker is unfortunate, and I do sympathize with her, but that's life, and that's how the real world operates. I may have to go through something similiar, since I do want to own my own business. If one of my employees fails to meet the needs that are required for my business to excel, I will unfortunately have to pull off a Donald Trump and say " You're Fired", but of course I would try to be a little more gentle because Donald Trump can be a little abrasive. These are the hard decisions that every boss doesn't want to make, but when they have no other options, it doesn't matter if the person is a nice guy because results is all that matters.

  1. Reliability is so key. As a teacher, I try to teach reliability. Just turn the work in on time, every time. Sadly, many of my students refuse to listen and act. I worry about them.

  3. I think Jazmin's situation was unfortunate. I am happy, though, that we only had one "fall through" this year. We've been doing really well so far! :)
